Introduction

Plots, Inc. (“Plots”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the safety of minors who may interact with our platform. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”), and we comply with all applicable laws and reporting requirements.These standards apply to all users of the Plots mobile app, website, events ecosystem, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Plots strictly prohibits the creation, uploading, sharing, distribution, promotion, or possession of CSAM or any form of CSAE.
Any attempt to use the Service to exploit or endanger a minor will result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law-enforcement agencies.
We do not allow users under the age stated in our Terms of Service to create accounts or use the Service.

2. How We Detect and Respond
We take the following actions if we detect or receive reports of CSAE/CSAM:
Immediate removal of the violating content
Permanent suspension or banning of the involved account(s)Mandatory reporting to NCMEC or appropriate legal authorities
Preservation of evidence as required by lawInternal review and systemic prevention updates
We may also delay notifying the involved user if required by law enforcement.

3. Reporting Mechanism (In-App & Web)
Users can report suspected CSAE or CSAM directly inside the Plots app through the content reporting flow or by contacting us:

‍Reports may be anonymous. We review all reports and respond as quickly as possible.

4. Age Verification & Minor Safety
Plots is designed for adults hosting or attending events.
Users must meet the minimum age requirement listed in our Terms of Service.
Any attempt to bypass age restrictions (e.g., false birthdate, fake ID) is grounds for account removal.
